Since the beginning, our guild has attempted to treat everyone equally. The newbie that's been playing for 4 days gets the same amount of help as the guy levelling a tank specifically for the guild raids, and that's how it should be.

Anyone of the appropriate level is encouraged to sign up to guild events.

However progression runs (called Raidin'goose - usually listed as "Gooses" on the upcoming events over there --->) require at least some standards so we do keep track of who is and is not ready to join us for those.

If you feel you're at the stage where you'd like to become a Raidin'goose, there's a thread for applications here. This link as more information such as the specific requirements and other suhc info. We'll put you on trial and whether your being accepted or deferred we will always give a reason and pointers if we feel it nessicary.

General Requirements to join Raidin'goose:

  • Actually on the website so we can give you your badge
  • Level 85
  • Geared to an appropriate level
  • Read and agreed to all raiding rules including lineup and loot information available in this section. This includes such things as actually turning up on time, bringing flasks, etc etc.
  • Willingness to wipe on new bosses, and try your very best to down them.

Raidin'gooses are expected to actually want to raid with the guild. This doesn't mean any sort of attendance minimum or anything silly, but it means if you turn down guild raids because you can "get further with a pug" we'll just stop inviting you.
