We attempted another foray into ICC about a fortnight ago (sorry about the lag in putting this up) under the title of progression. Repair bills, wiping, fish feasts and flasks were total requirements along with some hefty gear. Grim and Nymph, rather under geared healers (and the only two able to heal that night) thought they’d give it a go and see if they could hold their own against the might of the Lich King’s forces, which they did, aided by some kick-ass dps and some stonking tanks.

The first four, under my tender guiding hand, went down within an hour without a single wipe. God we rocked, and we rolled. People got some shiney stuff and we ventured, tentatively, into ICC itself. We had until midnight to attempt Rotface, Festergut and Dreamwalker with Stav taking over on the tactics. Rotface and Festergut took about a wipe each to get their tactics down, but they fell, just like we knew they would, under the combined awesomeness of the Mongooses.

Dreamwalker, however, had to wait another day as we ran out of time, but we returned with another healer and she rose from the floor like a giant dragon thing being risen from the floor. We then attempted Professor Putricide, and were getting there nicely, but ventured to have a look at council, which we were also getting down quite nicely.

There lies hope in the future for getting those two bosses down, and we will return to increase our score from 7/12 to at least 9/12. Rock on Mongooses!
