To twink or not to twink

That is the question.

I've rolled a new hunter, and find that he's EXTREMELY fun to play in WSG. He's level 16 at the moment so a few more wins and I'll be level 19, and then I don't know what to do.

On one hand, he's a lot more fun than I ever expected and I'd love to have some easy PvP fun to fall back on when I'm bored of doing high level stuff. I also suspect that, while I'm surprisingly "pro" at PvP at this level (people keep /cheering at me and stuff because I know how to strafe), I'll not be skilled enough to play hunter well at 85.

On the other hand, sitting at level 19 forever more seems like it might be a bit of a waste, especially since I often feel guilty for not having a DPS spec on Holy for heroics and raids. There's only a slight chance I'd ever get him levelled up all the way, you know how slow I am, but if I did it would be awesome to be able to come to stuff that already has enough priests in it.

Not that hunter is exactly a needed class, but good DPS is always welcome as long as it promises not to steal all the loot.

Since I am incapable of making decisions in WoW because they always seem really serious to me, I hereby request your valued input Tongue

Hmmm interesting, the

Hmmm interesting, the difficulty is that as soon as you switch off xp then you get put with all the other twinks and it might not be as fun.

So it might be worth just levelling slowly through pvp? Dont rush ww up to 85 but come back to him/her whenever you feel like a break.

Turning xp off isn't

Turning xp off isn't irreversible so give it a go - problem is the BGs are limited at 19 so get a bit repetitive. Hunters are overpowered at 19 so huge fun but as Macksie says the people in the xp off group are a bit more hard core and unforgiving...I sulked for days on my 19 hunter when it was 'suggested' to me to turn my xp back on >< ;p
